Holiday Ping Pong Bliss

In the glow of twinkling lights so bright,

The table is set for a festive night.

Not for feasts or gifts galore,

But for the game we all adore.

Paddles in hand, the match begins,

Echoing laughter, cheers, and grins.

The ball darts fast, a snowflake’s dance,

Each shot a chance, each rally a chance.

Garlands sway with each swift serve,

As we slice and spin with steady nerve.

The fireplace crackles, warm and near,

While ping pong battles bring holiday cheer.

Grandma smashes with youthful might,

While cousins volley through the night.

Even Santa, if he stopped by,

Might trade his sleigh for one quick try.

Oh, the holidays and table tennis blend,

A joyful game that knows no end.

For in the rhythm of each swift swing,
